Speak For Me - Text to Speech Privacy Policy and Support
Speak For Me - Text to Speech helps you turn typed text into spoken audio, save favorite phrases, adjust voice settings, and optionally save or share generated audio files.
Support
For support, questions, or App Store review inquiries, contact onellromandev@gmail.com.
Helpful notes:
- Saved audio files are stored on your device. In the Files app, open Browse, then On My iPhone or On My iPad, then Speak For Me - Text to Speech.
- If speech does not play, make sure your iPhone or iPad is not set to silent and that the volume is turned up.
- Purchases can be restored from the Voice tab by using Restore Purchases.
Information You Enter
Text that you type into the app and favorite phrases that you save are stored locally on your device so the app can speak them or show them again later. The app does not require an account and does not send your typed phrases to a developer-operated server.
If you choose to share or export generated audio, that file is shared only through the destination you choose in iOS, such as Files, Messages, Mail, or another app.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Speak For Me - Text to Speech uses Apple's StoreKit framework to check purchase status, unlock premium features, and restore purchases. The developer does not receive your payment card information.
Advertising
The free version of the app may show ads using Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, app activity, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to serve, limit, and measure ads, depending on your device settings, regional requirements, and any consent choices presented by Google or Apple.
You can manage Apple advertising and tracking choices in iOS Settings. Google also provides information about advertising privacy controls at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Files and Audio
Generated audio files are created from text you provide. Audio files you save are stored locally in the app's documents folder and are visible in the iOS Files app. Audio files may also be shared through the standard iOS share sheet when you choose to share them.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the app changes. Updates will be posted at this same location with a new effective date.
